Kathryn lead the search and purchase of my home. I had not owned a home in 25 years so I had forgotten most things I once knew. Kathryn directed me on the financing end as well. Kathryn helped my husband and I buy our first home and we found the perfect house thanks to her. What a blessing it was to have Kathryn to be there for us! It was tremendously scary buying a house for the first time but Kathryn was able to cease the fear for my wife and I. We told her what we were looking for and in what areas. The next day we had a whole list of homes to check out. She practically did all the work for us. We ended up seeing many many homes over a span of a few weeks. Kathryn showed great patience every step of the way. She was always there to answer our questions and there to show us everything we wanted. I found Kathryn very dedicated to ensure we found not only what we needed but also what we wanted. Kathryn was simply amazing. Through 3 1/2 years of association, as renters and finally buyers, Kathryn was always ready with answers, time, effort. Kathryn is from the area and basically grew up in the business. She was able to show us the kinds of homes we wanted without wasting any time. She kept in our budget and requirements. As first time buyers, we had a ton of questions and Kathryn really walked us through the process. She also had an array of professionals to recommend for each step we needed (termite, attorney, home warranty) and we felt comfortable trusting the guidance she provided.

Kathryn was amazing throughout the entire process. One of the most beneficial things that she did was she scheduled an inspection on our house before listing it. This helped us identify the repairs that we needed to complete before putting it on the market. Then she scheduled and managed the contractors who performed the repairs. That was a HUGE burden off of my shoulders. She also made recommendations on layout/staging. We put the house on the market on a Sunday and had an above full price offer the next day and a contract the following day. As a result of the pre-listing inspection and repairs, we only had to make a few minor cosmetic improvements to satisfy our buyers. She really earned her money! 5 stars from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Kathryn highly enough.
