I help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, from finding them a home or selling their existing home. I negotiate on their behalf, walk them through the process from contract to close. I like for the home buying and selling process to be an exciting and fun one because home ownership is wonderful experience.
Meet Kathryn
She grew up a real estate family and has a love and appreciation for the business that was cultivated from a young age. As a third generation Realtor, she entered the Real Estate Business in 2006. Having originally studied at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, she returned to Memphis and majored in Real Estate at the University of Memphis. Kathryn has lived all over the city of Memphis from Germantown, Midtown to Downtown to East Memphis and has extensive knowledge of the areas.She believes in educating her clients on the home buying and selling process and ensuring her clients that she will guide them through this process with as much ease as possible.
